To return Aerox products for service, please email us for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) and refer to this number in all correspondence. In your request, please include:

RETURNS
ALL RETURNS REQURE A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be returned in resalable condition, including original packaging. AEROX HAS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Items may be exchanged for Aerox credit or another product without a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. DO NOT RETURN ANY CYLINDER WITH OXYGEN IN IT.
Defective equipment may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. Contact Aerox for shipping information.
Certain items that are custom orders, custom components, masks, cannulas, and installed items are non-returnable.
Repair Station Controlled Capabilities Document
The CCD contains a listing of articles the repair station is authorized to conduct maintenance on. The articles are broken down by manufacturer, model, date they were added, and any limitations deemed necessary.
