Aerox Aerospace Group is proud to announce the acquisition of N23D Services, a leading manufacturer of FAA-PMA steel and composite gas cylinders for aerospace oxygen and compressed gas systems. These cylinders are trusted across airline, business, and military aircraft—making N23D a strategic addition to Aerox’s growing portfolio.
This move follows Aerox’s earlier acquisition of Omnigas Systems, a provider of hydrostatic testing and MRO services for oxygen system components and fire-suppression systems. Together, these companies now form a powerful trio under the Aerox Aerospace Group, which includes:
- Aerox Aviation Oxygen Systems
- Omnigas Systems
- Aerox Fluid Power
- N23D Services (now a wholly owned subsidiary)
Enhancing Support for a Broader Fleet
With the integration of N23D, Aerox strengthens its ability to support a wider range of oxygen system manufacturers and in-service aircraft. From OEMs to aeromedical interiors and system integrators, Aerox is now positioned to deliver even greater value across the aviation ecosystem.
“We are confident that our acquisition of N23D Services will enhance our ability to serve the needs of our common customer base,” said Scott Ashton, President and CEO of Aerox. “Combined with the overhaul and repair capabilities at Omnigas Systems, we are confident that the integration of N23D Services will deliver further exceptional value to our global customer partners.”
What This Means for Customers
- Expanded product portfolio including FAA-PMA cylinders for oxygen, pneumatic systems, and evacuation slides
- Enhanced MRO capabilities for oxygen and fire-suppression systems
- Streamlined service and support across commercial, business, and military aviation sectors
Looking Ahead
Aerox remains committed to innovation, safety, and performance in aerospace oxygen systems. With N23D Services now part of the team, we’re more equipped than ever to help our customers fly safer, smarter, and farther.
